This service will provide information, education, consultation, and technical assistance to the individual with a disability and their team regarding:
This service will provide information, education, consultation, and technical assistance to individuals with disabilities and their parent/guardian regarding the full array of available assistance opportunities under Federal and State supports for their specific situation, including but not limited to:

Understanding and navigation of available services under the appropriate programs

Intake/Eligibility process under the correct Department/Division based upon disability
-
Example: The MO Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Joplin Regional Office

Example: The MO Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, The Independent Living Center

Assistance with:
-
Medicaid for Aged, Blind, or Disabled,
-
Missouri Parents Act (MPACT) for IEP/504 assistance and support,
-
Supplemental Security Income (SSI),
-
Social Security Disability Income (SSDI),
-
Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) Program,
-
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program,

Attendance and assistance with meetings as requested
*For individuals who receive funded Self-Directed support, we can assist with seeking other support or resources as outlined in the individual's support plan.
