Detailed Description below

For individuals with a disability, who are under 18 or do not have a funing resource

This service will provide information, education, consultation, and technical assistance to individuals with disabilities and their parent/guardian regarding the full array of available assistance opportunities under Federal and State supports for their specific situation, including but not limited to:

Intake/Eligibility process under the correct Department/Division based upon disability
Understanding and navigation of available services under the appropriate programs
Assistance with Medicaid, Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) Program, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program, Missouri Parents Act (MPACT) for IEP/504 assistance and support, etc.
Attendance and assistance with meetings as requested

Individuals over the age of 18 and with a public funding source

This service will provide information, education, consultation, and technical assistance to the individual
and their team regarding:

Supplemental Security Income (SSI),
Social Security Disability Income (SSDI),
Medicaid, Medicare,
Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) accounts,
Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) Program,
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program,
Food stamps, etc.

*For individuals who receive funded Self-Directed support, we can assist with seeking other support or resources as outlined in the individual's support plan.
